Refund policy
Our refund policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We can arrange delivery back to us but this is at the customers cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All goods will be inspected upon return then the refund will be processed. The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes, any damages will therefore not be refunded.
We can only accept returns for orders placed via our website and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on used items. Unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded, nor can we accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
